From time to time you will see an item listed as “Limited Release” or “Limited Time Offer”. This means that item may only run for a set amount of time, or only a specific number of those items will be sold before it is no longer available. If you see an item that you like and it is labeled “Limited Release” or “Limited Time Offer” we recommend your don’t hesitate to purchase it or you might miss out on it.

SBG Outfitters is a made-to-order company. That means that items are not produced until the order is placed. This prevents waste of valuable fabrics and materials.
Once ordered, we work to have your item fulfilled within 3-5 days, after which it is shipped out. The exact shipping time depends on your loction, but can be estimated to take between 3-5 days after fulfillment.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.
We do, however, ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that your shipping information is formatted properly to avoid delays.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please fill out the “Start a Return Request” form above or email us at customerservice@sbgoutfitters.com within 14 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
